What we do: reply to messages, answer questions, provide information you requested.
Lawful basis: Legitimate interests (running our business and responding to enquiries) and/or Contract where you are taking steps to purchase a service.
What we do: provide access to products/services, customer support, admin, and service communications.
Lawful basis: Contract (to provide what you’ve purchased) and Legitimate interests (service administration).
What we do: send emails to people who sign up via lead magnets/newsletters and customers where permitted.
Lawful basis: Consent (where you opted in) and/or Legitimate interests for limited marketing where permitted by law (e.g., where the “soft opt-in” applies).

Professional advisers: accountants, insurers, legal advisers (where needed for compliance or disputes).
We do not sell your personal information.
Some of the providers we use may process data outside the UK (for example, where systems or support teams are based overseas).
Where personal information is transferred outside the UK and it is a “restricted transfer”, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as appropriate.

Enquiries: typically up to 12 months after last contact (in case you follow up).
Marketing subscribers (lead magnets/newsletter): until you unsubscribe, or we remove inactive contacts as part of list hygiene (typically after 24 months with no engagement).
Customer records (purchases/access/support): typically up to 6 years after the end of the customer relationship for accounting/tax and legal purposes.
Testimonials/case studies: for as long as we actively use them, or until you withdraw consent/request removal (where consent is the basis).
Analytics/advertising data: retained according to our platform settings and cookie choices.
